    But your body is still on EAST coast time — which means you slept LATE. However, going to bed on WEST Coast time and waking on EAST Coast time, totally sucks.

    did you not, just yesterday, say you were off coffee (or at least curtailing your intake)? :) I don’t think I could ever turn my back on coffee again…shudder.
