and never forget the power of spray paint - if you’re not into antique brass, go ahead and get some silver spray paint and voila - for a few minutes of work, you could have yourself a custom fixture!!

Thank you! My husband and I have been battling over a lighting fixture for the dining room, and we both agreed that for $15, that one would be just fine until we found something other that the horrific 70’s fixture that came with the house. And you KNOW that the $15 one will be there for the next 30 years and I will have to mention what a deal it was on every major holiday…this is the stuff of family legends!
