My husband is a rockstar, people. Our cable service got on my last nerve, and *poof* he stepped in and made a few phone calls. On Monday, we’ll be switching over to DSL. Can you hear the angels singing?
In honor of this auspicious occasion I’d like to refer to as the day I got to tell the cable company what they can do with their modem, I decided we should have an extra! bonus! contest. To celebrate.
So here it is: I have a slew of coupons for Boca meatless products. I don’t mean a piddly $.25 off coupon, or anything—a coupon that will get you a free box of whichever Boca product you choose. (Basically, I am giving you free food. But this is easier than mailing you frozen stuff.) Full disclosure: I am a rabid carnivore and I buy Boca. It’s a nice alternative even for us non-vegetarians, and handy to have on hand for veggie friends. This is not food just for the non-meat-eaters.
This contest will have three winners—first place will receive 5 coupons, second will receive 3 coupons, and third will receive 2 coupons. To enter for a chance to win, leave a comment on this post by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, March 9th, 2008. Winners to be determined by random drawing and good looks (yours, not mine).

Hubby loves Boca… probably just a little more than he loves cricket. Saute some onions and mushroom, add a slice of cheese on a toasted bun… Whammo, the man takes out the trash and puts his dirty socks in the hamper. Works everytime. The trash needs taken out and I can see atleast one pair of socks from here… We need Boca. Just thought you should know that lovely Mir.

I was actually eating my roommate’s Boca nuggets before and thought the chicken tasted a little “off” – until I realized that Boca products were vegetarian. Oops! But it was quite tasty!

My (awesome!! amazing!!) sister in law Christine is a vegetarian and when she comes over here I (usually) have forgotten to have a non-meat option for her, ack!! It would be great to have something in the freezer to feed her, especially right now since she is eating for two.

As a long time vegetarian, I always keep a box or two of Boca product in the freezer. Boca products are fabulous! Even my decidedly non-vegetarian family can’t tell the difference when I bring a dish made with Boca ground burger to dinner.

Mmmm! We eat lots of Boca and Morningstar, and only one of the kids is a vegetarian. Just made a taco soup today with MS Crumbles. Yummy! DH didn’t even know it wasn’t ground beef in there.
