Sorry for the dearth of posts today, folks. I’m having some technical difficulties, by which I mean that my internet service provider would rather believe that my router, my computer, my children, and perhaps mythical leprechauns are at fault for my spotty internet connection rather than them.
Go figure.
Back later, hopefully with the head of someone who works at Charter.

I would have guessed Comcast! Thank heavens for my neighbor’s unsecured WiFi!

Karen, please tell me you’re not using your neighbor’s internet connection. That’s STEALING. Even if you can’t hold it in your hand, if you take it without paying for it it’s theft. I was talking about this with my sister-in-law yesterday and she was just amazed at all of her friends who brag about using their neighbor’s wireless networks without paying. “These are people who you’d otherwise think are upstanding citizens,” she said. Sad, sad, sad…

Once, I worked in HR and someone sent in their resignation letter saying how much they were going to miss working there, blah, blah, blah and then stated they enjoyed the “derth of humor in the office”. I never could figure out if it was a low blow, or if that person didn’t know the meaning of the word. But gotta tell ya, Mir, makes me laugh whenever I see “derth”. Bwah. Sorry about the internet, but glad it’s been rectified.

Mythical leprechauns? And I blamed lightning. See what I know.

Ya know, it’d be really funny if someone that works for Charter read your blog and realized how much bad press they are getting from one person. You’d think they’d fix it. Assuming they care. At all. Which I guess is actually unlikely seeing as they are a cable company.
