… (and again, some of you may remember this from last year) Sephora is once again offering their Sun Safety Kit: $25 gets you $87 worth of Sephora products, and 100% of their profits go to the Skin Cancer Foundation.
It’s not quite as smokin’ of a deal as the Allure Box, but the warm fuzzies from it being proceeds for charity might make up for it.

I can’t be the only one slightly horrified that there is a profit to be donated from a kit they’re selling at a SEVENTY-TWO PERCENT DISCOUNT.
This tells me that their regular price can be nothing less than Highway.Robbery. And you thought movie popcorn was marked up.
Sorry. All done with my crotchedy old man rant for today.

April 23rd, 2008 at 7:33 pmGee, if that much is sheer profit, you’d think the least they could do is donate one to Mir for a giveaway!
April 24th, 2008 at 5:30 amHow funny - we all decide to comment for the same reason. The wholesale price of the whole kit and kaboodle is only $3.45? On a package with a “retail value” of $87? Yikes!!
