I like to shop Avon online for things like stocking stuffers. For one thing, there’s always lots of cheap goodies to be had. For another, it means I don’t need a local Avon lady. And no offense to anyone who sells product out of their homes, but independent consultants scare me a little bit. (Dude, I went to an Arbonne party and bought one thing and the lady keeps calling me. I’m frightened.)
But most of all, I like shopping Avon online because they have lots of coupons. Pick up your goodies on sale, then ship your $10+ order for free with coupon code 820FSD, today (August 20, 2008) only.
Then again, I’m not sure anyone needs a watermelon foot tub. Um. But who knows, maybe you need something else.

I shop online for Avon to avoid the housecalls as well, but there is a place in the ordering process where I am able to give credit to my local representative. She gets the credit…I get no pushy sales harassing!

As an AVON rep I need to speak up here, we all are not pushy. We can offer very valuable advice when you need to know which AVON skincare products are best for you. You are able to search for a rep in your area on the AVON.com website.

I know lots of reps aren’t pushy but for those who are people pleasers it puts them in situations where they feel pushed even when not. Regardless, I much prefer shopping by myself online than talking to people and making phone calls. So it works for me.
