And speaking of organic food

As I said in the previous post, I will pay full price for organic foods, but that doesn’t mean I always have to. Consider, for example, he current Amazon special on Late July products.

I can’t eat their cookies and crackers (darn wheat…), but my kids love ‘em, and I feel a lot better feeding them this than the standard generic cheese-n-crackers packs the grocery store carries. Through August 30th, 2009, use coupon code LATEJ444 to save 25% off the already-reduced price, plus buy via Subscribe & Save for free shipping and another 15% off.

The end result is lunchbox-friendly snacks you can actually feel good about, at the price of the stuff that’s not, you know, actually food.

Although it won’t let me use the code for them – bummer! Oh well, cheese crackers for all!

Mar – I am with you on the Vanilla Bean cookies. My favorite. Crackers are good to.

    Thanks Mir.

Well, good news is that you can use the code on the individual packs, just not on the big boxes. I am trying to wean myself off the individual prepacked stuff (love the ease, love the convenience, love the portion control, hate the packaging!), but I always get sucked back in …. ;-)
