Hmmm. Interesting. We bought a bunch of shoes in October and most of them were too small — all Bass. Hadn ‘t had that problem before. Customer service has been so slow we gave up for a week and are trying again.

They actually took all of the shoes marked over 12.95 off the site. There were six pages of that designer, now only 2.

They are having some real issues with the site unfortunately – related to that brand of shoe. I tried calling them, only getting a recording that hangs up, and have emailed them. Not impressed.

Too bad those red “Cilantro” heels didn’t make the cut.
Although, I’m a little frustrated with 6pm, because several of the pairs I have purchased lately have not been very accurate on the sizing. Sucks to have to pay to return them .
