It’s the Anniversary Sale at Nordstrom

Ordinarily the prices at Nordstrom make me do that involuntary high-pitched, slightly-hysterical laugh thing (“They want how much for a tank top…?”), but during the anniversary sale, sometimes it’s worth wading amongst the haute couture to find some bargains.

This, of course, is that time.

Also, they’ve done a smart thing with their online site—shipping and returns are free, on all orders. That certainly sweetens the deal, no?

    Pst. I went to the pre-sale over a week ago and was so disappointed. I’ve always been able to find two or three things to buy at this sale, but this time? Nada. And it seemed like everything was so much more expensive than in the past. Maybe I’ve just gotten too used to going to Nordstrom Rack.
