Page-A-Day Origami fun

My kids got these last year and loved them (so much so, that my son was sorely disappointed I would not let him “fold the napkins into penguins” when we were setting the table for Thanksgiving dinner, yesterday). Right now Amazon has the 2013 Page-A-Day Origami Calendar for just $6.99 (half price, and the lowest this usually goes). These make fantastic stocking stuffers.

On the other hand, do not buy this if you don’t want to find little origami creatures aaaaaaaaaaall over your house for months. Ahem.

[Y'all are watching the Lightning Deals today, right? This isn't a Lightning Deal, but there've been some great deals already. Just reminding you!]

thanks for continuing to post the lightening link for those of us who have been doing this for years and can never manage to find the link on her own! You are so pretty!

Any tips on kowing when the wait list item becomes available? Is there any bell you can download so if you are in another tab, you don’t miss it? that is kind of making me CRAZY, twice I missed a deal cause I didn’t realize it has become available and i was sipping my coffee!

    Oh so much fun!

Elizabeth, I see the Amazon interface really struggling under the traffic load in the Lightning Deals today. I’ve got a window up on my desktop that I just leave open, and theoretically it pops up a little yellow window there in the upper right when something becomes available, but I’ve also see full waitlists that went back and forth between full and not and been on the waitlist for something and then got “Add to Cart” before it told me it was available. Sooo… it’s very hit or miss (and not just you).
