Could you, would you, get more Seuss?

Terribly nerdy confession: I started collecting Dr. Seuss books years before I had my first child. I just love them that much. They’re pretty much how both my kids learned to read. And even now that my youngest is nearly a teenager, we still have most of the books. Just because.

If your Dr. Seuss library needs beefing up, take a look at this special at Amazon: Buy two qualifying Seuss titles and get a third for free. Some of them aren’t actually Seuss books, though, just in case you’re a purist. There’s P.D. Eastman and other I Can Read titles in there.

Want the best bang for your buck? Pick the ones that are collections, and you’ll end up with over a dozen books, instead of just three. (Here, let me help: My Big Book of Beginner Books About Me for $10.87, My Big Blue Book of Beginner Books for $10.87, and The Little Blue Box of Bright and Early Board Books by Dr. Seuss for $13.57.)

Or you could just go for the classics. As far as I’m concerned, everyone need more green eggs and ham.

  1. THank you Mir….I heart Dr. Seuss….and you.

  2. Yay for niece and nephew presents! Oh yes, I am THAT person who gives books to kids.

Confession: I use mommy veto power to choose Suess over many of the obnoxious kids books out there!
