Fancy up your tabletop

I usually head to Oneida online for things like measuring cups—because I’m just fancy like that—but today is the start of their fine flatware sale. That means that whether you’re in need of a few serving pieces or a whole set, you can save big. Prices are already slashed, and then you can use coupon code FF30 to save another 30% on top of that.

Not buying flatware? Maybe you’d rather shop the cookware sale, instead. Use coupon code TTE10 for an extra 10% off any order.

Shipping is always free on your $99+ order, otherwise it starts at $5.49.

  1. Y’always have to do your homework…. Looking through this site, seeming perfect for the kids for summer play outside, I discovered the Anchor Hocking 2-gal. Heritage Hill Jar with Spigot (shown filled with ice-topped lemonade in an outdoor setting next to bright yellow lemons and glasses clinking with ice) for $22.99, down from $50.

Then I compared the price with other sites. Seems their “sale” price is comparable to other places’ regular prices. Hmmm.

    $50 regular price? Methinks there’s a trust issue….

  2. URGH — Ok, I’m going to have to pick-up the phone can CALL them. I found a set I want (been shopping for new silverwear for 5+ years, I think it is time) and the price is right, EXCEPT that FF30 doesn’t give the 30%….math is hard.

Check the % off math before you order — BEWARE. My $400 order is showing a $21 discount….I think that’s about $100 off.

(I don’t like to use the phone, that’s why I shop online.)

  3. Oh wow! I was just looking there yesterday for some pieces I need to replace. Yay!

  4. Bah. I can’t get coupon code to work. This would be IDEAL for my niece’s wedding gift in August. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this work, Mir!

    • Oneida mailed me the coupon and it says it works on “open stock flatware and serving sets and sets of 4.” I have no idea if that means it excludes other things, but they sent it out so it should work. I’m confused.

  5. Thanks for the tip!

After reading Sarah Vowell’s “Assassination Vacation” I started enjoying Oneida even more as they were once a free love commune (though free love with some rather unique rules)

    • Free love with impeccable flatware…? 😉

  6. Anyone else who is having issues with the code — it doesn’t work on Sets of placesettings — like the set of 12 I wanted. BUT by buying 3 sets of 4 times the 5 pieces in the placesetting, I’m only paying $20 more than IF they’d let me take 30% off the set price.

    Did that even make sense?
