KitchenAid Nirvana

Any time I’m in the kitchen using my beloved KitchenAid stand mixer, you can probably hear me whispering sweet nothings to it while it runs. I realize I may need some professional help, but I am unashamed. I just love it. I literally squealed the day I received it (and this was after many, many years of using a hand-me-down KitchenAid mixer that lived a long, full life).

If you have big KitchenAid dreams but, shall we say, a somewhat smaller budget, today is the day to shop at the KitchenAid store and find the mixer (or other item) if your dreams and save big. Why? In addition to their flat-rate $2 shipping, right now you can apply coupon code 4PGAKA to take a whopping 40% off of your order. It even works on Outlet items which are already offered at a discount! (I see they have my beloved blender—still going strong after three years—available as a refurb for $55, which means with the coupon you could scoop it up for just $33, which is crazy.)

I’ve never seen a sale this good on KitchenAid. Don’t miss it if you’re in the market.

I said to my son: Oh, my gosh. I’m going to buy some things today. He said: Can you buy a bouncy house?

Do you really trust refurbished products? I am never quite confident enough to buy them, but I have almost zero real world experience with refurb products.

I’m always happy to buy factory-refurbished items; theoretically they’re just as reliable as new, and I’ve never had a problem. Like I said, my beloved blender is going strong after 3 years, and my mixer (also a refurb) is either 4 or 5 years old. It’s a great way to save money.

Any idea why certain outlet items are not available in particular zip codes?

Okay, so I am not losing my mind, at least. I wonder if the code is somehow location dependent…? This is baffling.

Not working in Wis, either, at 11:54. Boo. My plan to take over the world with baked goods is now on hold.

Not working in IN at 3:30. : (

Still, a refurb blender at $50 might be a good deal. Have to do some research.
