The last time the Home Depot Buy of the Day was 60% off on Filtrete filters, I didn’t notice it until late in the day, and I was too late to get in on the deal. This time, it’s early, so hop to it—this is the cheapest way to get that household item you always need but that’s almost never on sale.
Yeah, you have to buy a whole case at a time. But shipping is free and at 60% off, unless you’re planning to move, why not?
I still haven’t gotten the ones from the last deal! They told me they were back ordered, and yet somehow they’re doing the deal again?!?
Of course, the size I need is already out of stock online! Grrr. Thanks for the heads’ up anyway!
I just called and they’re conveniently supposed to ship tomorrow. 🙂 It’s such a good deal that I really don’t mind waiting.
Last time (I need 2 sizes) one size was sold out and the others were backordered, and then they canceled my order. 😛 Trying again!
All seems well until I try to check out . . . whether I choose PayPal or regular payment, I get an error message at the very last step instead of a confirmation: “We’re sorry. An error occurred that prevented this page from being displayed.” It says it could be because an internal website error occurred, the page I’m looking for no longer exists, or the URL was incorrect. Looks like a website issue rather than a stock issue . . . frustrating!
So there’s this thing called the phone? It seems you can just call people up and tell them what you want, and they’ll send it to your house. At least that’s what they told me when I called. Huh . . . who knew? 🙂
I bought some last time, and they took forever to ship – and they weren’t backordered. I’m okay with it because it was such a good deal. A couple of the boxes were smushed, too. Two of my three cases were shipped as 6 singles in just a cardboard box, instead of packed together in the sturdy Filtrete 6-pack box. Those were the two boxes (and filters) that got smushed. My husband says they’re still usable tho. Just FYI. I would probably buy more if I needed any, since it was so cheap. Previously I was buying Amazon Warehouse Deals, and they kept sending me the wrong thing (wrong number, wrong size, filters that were “like new” but looked sat upon…it was terrible).

Ordered 2 dozen last time – THANK YOU. Had to wait, I think it was 6 weeks or so until they shipped. But at this price I didn’t mind. Now I’m set for the next 2 years. (We change every month due to allergies)
