Winner of Parent Hacks

I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to leave you hanging after I posted the chance to win a copy of Parent Hacks last week. I should’ve posted the winner right away, but it was a crazy weekend and things got away from me a little bit.

I don’t know if you know this, but my first baby (bayyyybeeeeeeee) turned 18 yesterday, which is impossible because she was born, like, a year ago. I am not nearly old enough to be parent to a full-grown adult, and also, if you must know, that supposedly full-grown adult backed into our mailbox on Friday, and so began her birthday weekend by getting up early on Saturday and learning how to fix a mailbox post. (Hey, not everyone gets to learn all about pouring concrete when they become an adult.) Everything is feeling a wee bit surreal right now, is my point.

Anyway! I did sit down with the random number picker this morning to pull the winner. And that winner is… commenter 32, Laura. Congratulations, Laura—please check your email!

Big thanks to all who played, and to the lovely Asha Dornfest for sending me a copy of the book, too. If you want to purchase your own copy, it’s currently 40% off list price at Amazon, and at under $8, is a complete no-brainer. It’s currently averaging a 5-star review, too; how often do you see that? It’s a fabulous book, is my point.
