Looking for an Instant Pot deal?

I have not yet caved to the Instant Pot craze—despite being billed as a “non scary pressure cooker” that can do a million things in very little time, I am still partial to my crock pots—but everyone I know who has one raves about it.

And right now, Amazon has this 3rd generation programmable Instant Pot marked down to just $91.15, which is their lowest price ever.

Now, if you’re bound and determined to find the best deal, if I had to guess, I’d guess we’ll see some amazing prices on Black Friday. But I’d also guess that’s going to be one of those items where you have to wait in line and/or go shopping at 2:00 in the morning. So… up to you. If you want a pretty good price right now, this is the deal to beat. If you’re willing to wait and possibly fight for a better deal, hold off.

  1. I’m kinda scared of the one someone gave me a few years ago, I’ve only recently summoned the courage to use it a couple times. Results were indeed awesome, however.

  2. Mine is still very new but I am loving it!

  3. Used ours last night – so quick and easy to use the pressure cooker setting. Have used it for slow cooker as well – we like our free-standing crockpot but the crock has cracked and replacement crock does not seem available, so InstantPot will do great for that function.

    • Also, I like that you can saute in it (which you couldn’t in our crockpot), though my husband doesn’t b/c he finds the area too small, so he’d rather use a separate stovetop pan for that. Depends what we’re saute-ing – it’s a little small for browning meat first unless you do it in batches, but it’s the right size for sauteing veggies.

  4. Wasn’t it cheaper on prime day?

  5. Amy, yes it was. I don’t remember exactly, but I think it got down to 75.00.

  6. Amy/Christina, yes, I picked it up for $69 on Prime Day.
