Goooood morning! In honor of Cyber Monday, I have three fun products to give away today while we do the last of our shopping. (You’re just about done, right? Right?)
First, allow me to introduce you to Gnoments, a ridiculously cute idea for couples who want to find new and interesting ways to connect with each other. The kit I have for giveaway contains a a lovely hardcover book as well as the gnomes themselves, who have magnetic hands (so they can hold hands!) and pouches to hold notes/trinkets, as well as being NFC enabled—that means you can interact with them with your smartphone. So, for example, you can leave your sweetie your gnome and program it with directions to the romantic picnic you’re setting up. Or if you’re me, you can leave the gnome and program it with directions to the pharmacy along with an apology for forgetting to pick up Sudafed. Whatever. (I’m super romantic, just ask my husband. Or maybe don’t.) I can see these being an interesting addition to a relationship, and because you are probably much more romantic than I am, you’d probably even use them right.
Second, I have a Boogie Board Scribble n’ Play for the kids, a perfect way to bridge the gap between old-fashioned coloring and your toddler’s desire to have your iPad. Each of those four yellow pieces are different styluses, and they all store right on the frame. Color, write, create… then do it all over again. This would be a perfect “long car ride” toy, I think. All of the fun and none of the mess.
And finally, I have a Nomad Android Key, which is the perfect solution to those “where is my charging cord?” blues. Simply hook this little baby (conveniently about the same size as a key) onto your key ring, and you’ll never be cordless again. Nomad makes keys for both Apple and Android; I’ve been test-driving the Apple version with my phone (love it!) and the Android version will now be going to one of you.
