The 6 packs of Battle Brawlers are back in stock at Amazon for $22.99. Grab ‘em before they sell out, or pay the ridiculous mark-up they’re going for elsewhere.
Unless you know of a way to brainwash a child out of the Bakugan love, of course. And if you do know how to do that, please email me.

I’m all for the kids playing the traditional board games of yore; heck, if it was good enough for us, those ungrateful little brats should be happy to have them! Oh, wait. Just kidding! They’re not brats. They’re our future. And a lot of the time, they think board games are boring.
One of my favorites was always Risk, and I think that with this Transformers version of it I could probably get my son to play. Or maybe I could just stock up my gift closet, because at $7.50 a pop, that’s a good item to have on hand.
(Don’t forget that $25 eligible toy purchases make you eligible for a $15 Cookie magazine rebate, too! More savings!)

There’s been a recent… I don’t know if I would call it a scandal, really, though uproar is not far from the truth… anyway… issue about Bonzai products and how they apparently Photoshop their product images to make them look much bigger than they actually are. Check it out.
However, folks are reporting that the Sidewinder Blast (which is currently down to 54% off with free shipping at Amazon) is actually pretty big—plenty big enough for multiple children to play on and love. And if that’s true, that’s a pretty sweet price for a whole lot of summer fun, right there.
Of course, I don’t need one of those because my idea of entertaining the kids in the summer is to throw popsicles at them and lock them out of the house. (Just kidding! I always hand them the popsicles.)

Ah, so, apparently it’s not just Bakugan that our kids need. No. That would be too easy. According to my son, there’s also the coveted Bakutins.
The tins are news to me, but apparently they come with special super-secret ultra-wondrous Bakugan you can’t get, otherwise, and so they’re selling out everywhere. Already. I’m keeping my eye out for them in stock somewhere for less than a semester of college tuition, but in the meantime you might be interested in the Bakurack, which is currently marked down to $18.61 (free shipping eligible) at Amazon.
I’m sure my kid wants one of those tins, but he may just have to settle for the Bakurack. Which, honestly? I think is a lot cooler. You can remove a 3-Bakugan holder from the main apparatus and clip it to your belt! Woo!
Okay, shutting up now.

For those of you who missed it the last time this was marked down, it’s back for even less: The Fisher Price Papasan Cradle Swing is marked down to just $66.65 with free shipping at Amazon, right now.
There’s also a Cookie Magazine rebate available on your purchase, which will get you another $15 back—effectively making this just $51.65.
That’s a screaming deal on what is just about the highest-rated baby swing out there right now. (Not to be confused with a screaming baby, which hopefully you will not have if you buy this swing.)

So, I was all excited about this new Monday Morning Toy Markdown
thing at Amazon; last week there were some awesome deals. This week, I’m less impressed. But I’ll keep checking back.
About the only thing I saw that looked like a pretty decent deal was the Fisher Price Fun-2-Learn Computer for $35.99. Might be worth a look around, though.
Plus, last week they moved the prices all day long, so who knows! Maybe by lunchtime they’ll be selling all that stuff for $5! (Hey, I can dream.)

Have a kid who’s Bakugan-crazy? These are selling out everywhere—our local stores can’t keep them on the shelves—and as a result, most of the time what you find online is vastly overpriced.
Right now Amazon has Bakugan 6-packs in stock for $19.99 apiece. This isn’t a “sale” price, mind you; but it is cheaper than you may find it elsewhere (plus, it’s in stock).
Take a look at the other prices down along the right sidebar on the product page—up to $38.99 for the same product!
If Santa needs some Bakugan, I’d suggest you bring this item to his attention now, before the holiday shopping craziness makes them impossible to find.

I’m not entirely sure why I am so delighted by this Alien Encounter 3-Pack. It might be because it’s marked down to $5.94. Or it might be because it’s eligible for free shipping with Amazon Prime. But mostly I think it’s because they’re bendy and poseable, which means you can set them up to look like they’re all disco dancing.
Hey, maybe Saturday Night Fever was a big hit on Mars.

(Sorry. You’re going to have that song stuck in your head all day, now. Maybe the deals will make up for it.)
Amazon has started in with their pre-holiday toy markdowns, and you can start the week off in bargain nirvana with their Monday Markdowns—one day of awesome toy deals. Be sure to click through on any item that appeals, as some have bonus deals on them as well, such as additional dollars off or a second free item, etc.
You can save another $10 off your $50 purchase using Bill Me Later, too, which—you probably remember from prior deals—you can still do even if you pay with a gift certificate (therefore not leaving a balance on BML).

Remember earlier this week when the Lego Star Wars Nintendo Wii game was down to $19.99? It’s back down again! Order now for delivery when it comes back in stock.
Trust me, buying this game will make you very popular with your favorite smallish boy.
