Sorry for the dearth of posts today, folks. I’m having some technical difficulties, by which I mean that my internet service provider would rather believe that my router, my computer, my children, and perhaps mythical leprechauns are at fault for my spotty internet connection rather than them.
Go figure.

Folks, sit tight please. Looks like my old provider is up and running, but my nameservers have been redirected so as far as I know, this is sort of impossible. Not sure what’s going on. But everybody hush up while I grab a backup and I’ll see if we can’t get restored for real in a jiffy.
UPDATE: Okay, the good news is that I have RETRIEVED ALL MY DATA. The bad news is that you’re gonna be on the rocky server-changing seas for a few more days yet. Hold on tight.
Hello! A bit of a service announcement:
I’m not sure what happened, but all of my posts from yesterday have mysteriously disappeared. Poof! Gone! I don’t know why or how, but I do know that the big Overstock dealio was cross-posted to a few other bargain sites (hello, SlickDealers! I see you!) and my traffic was a wee bit high yesterday, so it’s possible there was some sort of crash I missed and my hosting service restored at an earlier point. I have no idea.
All I know is that I did in fact holler down the stairs to my husband to confirm that I did, indeed, post yesterday. I sort of thought maybe it was just me.
Anyway! I’m going to repost the Barnes & Noble deal, and then we are off to make the long trek to Georgia (about 14 hours from here), so I’ll be gone the rest of the day.
Please try not to break the blog again, and turn off the lights when you leave. Thanks.
Sorry for falling off the edge of the planet with no warning, my pretties. I am in the grip of a nasty flu and will likely not be posting for a couple of days.
I’m traveling this week (you may have noticed I was, uh, not here today), so posting may be light. I’ll try to sneak in a few posts as I can, but apologies in advance for slacking off. I’ll make it up to you somehow, I swear.
Maybe I’ll bring you some nice little bottles of shampoo back.
