Right now the lightning deal is a fabulous little full-spectrum blue light for use in Seasonal Affective Disorder treatment. I have the earlier generation of the light listed, and I have to tell you that it changed my life. Or maybe I should say it changed my family’s life, as I’m a lot less crabby when I treat my SAD rather than just snarling at everyone.
