I agree, Amazon’s Friday Five is rather disappointing today. However, I’m still experiencing residual warm, fuzzy feelings for Amazon after scoring U2’s latest “No Line on the Horizon” for just $3.99 (on the first day of its release!!)! It was their MP3 Daily Deal last Tuesday. Amazon sells a different album for $1.99 to $3.99 every day. The offerings are quite random, but a fantastic deal. I learned to check the main MP3 page every day, after I got Bon Jovi’s “Cross Road” for $1.99!

For anyone else that needs gluten-free- I just ordered the Breadman bread machine (TR875) from Amazon for $79.95 with free shipping. The reviews on this machine look pretty great and with the gluten free cycle you can’t go wrong (at least that is what I’m planning on) at that price–that is definitely the cheapest I have seen it anywhere…just last week it was on Amazon for $20 more…

Mir, the Friday Sale left me cold as well, but if you scroll through the outlet there are a few good deals. I finally had to come to terms with the fact that my family has outgrown our little crockpot. It’s easier to reconcile when the bigger one was discounted in the outlet with good reviews.
