Halloweenie

We’ve started thinking about Halloween. At first I was all, “It’s too early!” but then I realized that we’re halfway through September, already. And now that we have this cute little dog, my daughter wants to be Dorothy this year. (Licorice will be an excellent Toto.) Then she suggested I go as Glinda. And then my son suggested I wear a cardboard box with legs sticking out and I could be the witch that got smashed under Dorothy’s house, instead.

Anyway.

There’s a giant Halloween Hauntquarters over at Lillian Vernon, and you can use coupon code 929850100 to get 10% off $49+, 15% off $69+, or 20% off $89+. Alternatively, use code 149850900 for 10% off $45+ and free shipping on $55+; you’ll just have to figure out which one gives you the better savings.

Happy haunting!

  1. LOL, your son and mine would totally get along.

  2. Bwwaahahaha! Honestly, it might be easier to make the Wicked Witch of the East costume than a Glinda costume. All you need is a pair of striped socks and a box 🙂

  3. . I have a pair of ruby red slippers worn once last year. Girls sz4.5

  4. You could take another angle and go as Elphaba or Galinda from Wicked.
