A Monday dabble in the dailies

Consider this my gift to you, a bit of anti-Monday-ness, something to make the day seem less annoying than it actually is. Heh.

Today’s Amazon Gold Box Deal is a Sony digital picture frame for $70; looks like a popular, well-rated model.

This week at 6pm.com there’s tons of week-long specials, including big deals on Cole Haan for both men and women (love).

Target’s daily deals include a leather-bound journal, a zebra bean bag chair (how very… zoological…), and a nice-looking watch for the men, just to name a few.

It’s still expensive, and the reviews are mixed, but I challenge you find me a book geek who would not swoon over today’s Barnes & Noble Deal of the Day—it’s an American Authors chess set. The king is Mark Twain and the queen is Emily Dickinson. You can’t see me, but I’m swooning right now.

And the 10th Anniversary Celebration at Overstock continues apace, with today’s Screaming Deal being a refurbished Dyson DC14 for just $260.

If there’s not a deal there to sufficiently brighten your Monday… well… perhaps a coffee IV is in order.

  1. Hey, in case your kids are tired of Horizon aseptic milk (mine are), Earth’s Best has apple juice that’s a pretty good deal too.

  2. Oh, I love that chess set! I don’t have the money to buy it right now, but it’s on my list for future acquisition.

  3. Cole Haan Nike Airs for under $100??? Swoon! And of course the style I have been coveting for THREE YEARS is sold out in my size. Oh well…there are others that I love, too.
