A quick dose of toy markdowns

The Amazon Lightning Deals remain my constant distraction throughout the day—more deals! more deals!—but I’m trying to wean myself down before Christmas. Heh.

In the meantime, the next few days are going to be your last few chances to pick up the remainder of any gifts you need before Christmas, and of course if you have Prime, Amazon’s a great way to go because you can get that fast, free shipping. Here’s a few toy markdowns I spotted this morning:

Transformers Rescue Bots:
Blades the Copter Bot for $4.99 (62% off)
Boulder the Construction Bot for $4.99 (62% off)
Chase the Police Bot for $4.99 (62% off)

Trapdoor Checkers for $7.99 (73% off)

Fisher-Price Fun-2-Learn Computer Cool School for $18.14 (64% off)

(I’m trying to decide if that checkers set would be fun or crazymaking at our house. It has great reviews, though.)

  1. I really miss the days when Amazon would give you the better price if you ordered the item recently. I paid $37 for this two weeks ago 🙁

  2. For the Fisher Price Fun to Learn Computer.

  3. I miss ’em too, Melissa. In my experience it’s best to ask for a price adjustment, and if it’s refused, you have to decide if it’s worth it to you to reorder and send the earlier one back. I’ve done that a few times.

  4. From reading the reviews, it looks like they discontinued making the games for the Fisher Price toy… if that is important to anyone! I was thinking about getting it, but will pass this time just because it would be hard to find games for it.

  5. Jen: It does come with software, you might just have trouble finding additional games for it. Depends on how much you want it to do, I guess.

  6. True!! Thanks Mir! 🙂

  7. It is now $44
