The code will take 30% off of everything (regular, not-quite-perfect, sale and clearance items). But you can’t get free shipping unless you have at least one item that’s regular price or a regular sale item. If you ONLY have NQP or clearance items (ending in $.97) in your cart, the shipping charge shows up. The easiest way around this (if you’ve got kids) is to grab one of their $4.99 kids t-shirts (on regular sale), which with the 30% discount wind up being $3.49 — kids always need more t-shirts and it’s far cheaper than paying for shipping.
