Don’t forget—you have until just before midnight tonight to enter the contest to win your choice of eenamaria handbag.

That means you leave a comment on the contest post, per the contest instructions, in order to win.

Things that will definitely not win: Leaving a comment on this post, leaving a comment on the contest post that ignores the instructions, or sending me an email letting me know how pretty I am. I mean, feel free to do any of those (particularly the latter), but the only way to be in the contest running is to actually follow the rules.

Carry on.

  1. What if we promise to share the handbag with you?

  2. Ooh, sign me up! Pick me!

    Kidding. 😉

  3. if you really promise I won’t win, I’ll leave a comment on this post, because you *are* very pretty.
and I swear sometimes I wonder if I am a true girl, I just don’t like purses. specifically trendy, shiny, funky purses that are supposed to make you feel special and transform an outfit. sorry.

  4. Thanx Elizabeth for making me feel like a real girl. I hate purses too. I think men are better suited to have them. I just looked at these comments to see what nudninks could not follow pretty simple instructions. I like to make fun of them when Mir isn’t feeling up to it. But I have to say, Elizabeth, you made me feel great!! I have never owned a purse in my life and I am a true to life gal. I don’t do makeup either. Bleekk. Makes you look ugly and caky. P.S. I am not a lesbian either (not that there’s anything wrong with that).

  5. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one not into this giveaway. I looked at those purses and thought, “what the heck would I do with it if I won one of these??”. Totally not me. It’ll make someone happy though…so glad you have these great companies to give you stuff to give away 🙂

  6. Love these comments and agree about purses. I just don’t get the point of having multiple purses to match outfits or any of the fashion purses. Seems like too much work to me. I don’t enter contests if I wouldn’t really want the prize so this comment thread is perfect. 🙂

  7. Yea, I should say thanx Mir. I don’t enter contests for things I do not want. Like I did not enter for the crazy little blue tooth sound eraser thing. But if I could have cloned myself for a day I would have for the Clarisonic and the crock pot. Thanx again Mir for all the contests. And thanx to my sis for telling me about your website. She is from Macon-or as some people say Macooon. Otherwise, I would not have known about it here in South Cackilacky (SC).

  8. Glad to know I’m not the only one who doesn’t like ’em! I entered anyway, though, because I’d contribute it to our high school’s annual money-raising auction if I won. Or stick my kid’s stuff in it for a day at the beach, ha!

  9. I like to have one purse until it wears out. Then I suffer until I find a new one. I just bought a new one, so didn’t enter the contest. TWO PURSES?? I would have to clone myself!

Also, I am always so tempted to leave comments on the posts where you say not to leave the contest entry on it. Fun to see how many other people are likewise tempted.

  10. I entered this one. I’m not super into purses, but I love love love to have a big huge purse to use as a diaper bag. For some reason, I tend to go through diaper bags very quickly. I think I’m hard on them. But, I find that quality made purses seem to hold up better than actual diaper bags…plus they look pretty. :0)

  11. I did enter because I like free stuff, and the one I requested is big enough for a carry-on. But I don’t carry a purse (why did God create pockets, anyway?), and I don’t like shoes. I don’t really care if that makes me strange, but it is kind of nice to see I’m not alone in my strangeness.
