Saturday deals

Good morning! The bad news on this dreary, rainy morning (here in Georgia, anyway) is that we are growing rather tired of all this gloominess. But the good news is that we really need the rain, and the garden I planted last weekend is loving it. (My son’s cabbage plant is twice the size it was when we stuck it in the ground. It’s… supercabbage!)

I’ll be hiding inside, today, to stay dry. But that just means there are more online bargains to be found….

The $5 t-shirt sale at Threadless is winding down; you only through the weekend to scoop up your cheap shirts. If you waited, the bad news is that many sizes have sold out. But the good news is that this weekend orders of $45+ ship for free!

Gearing up for summer? Check out the vast array of sale swimsuits at Lands’ End. (Seriously, there are hundreds of women’s suits in the Overstocks.) And don’t forget code ACTION with PIN 7396 for free shipping, or use code MARCH20 with PIN 4613 for 20% off, if that works out to be a better deal for you.

Through the end of the month, save 70% on your purchase at Restaurant.com with coupon code SAVE. That’s $25 of fine dining for just $3 out of pocket (and they take Paypal, too). Why wouldn’t you try it?

Kohls has their Saturday Power Hours going on, plus today only they’re giving free shipping on $100+ orders to everyone! Kohls card holders can also use coupon code MVCREQUAL for another 15% off, and NEW4600 gives everyone an additional 10% off.

Shopping at Macy’s this weekend? Spend $99+ on home or spring wardrobe items, and you can ship your order for free with coupon code FRESH.

The famous $199 suit sale at Jos. A. Bank is back, with automatic free shipping on orders of $175+. This is a great time to gently let your man know that he could use a little wardrobe help. Just sayin’.

Have Easter baskets (or birthday parties) on the brain? Right now at Oriental Trading, you can get free shipping on your $59+ order (automatically through that link), or use coupon code SPRINGTEN to take $10 off your $40+ order.

And don’t forget that as March finishes up, here, it’s your last chance to stock up on any Amazon Grocery Specials from this month that you liked. (Me, I may have to go back for another order of Cheddar Bunnies. Yum.)

Enjoy your Saturday, and stay dry!

  1. I bought the cheddar bunnies last time expecting to be a hero with the toddler. Instead he spit them out and declared, “I don’t like!”

At least hubby & I think they’re great!

  2. I also did a search for Kohl’s coupon codes and if you enter code BUY2SAVE (supposedly just today, March 28th) you will get 20% off purchase of $100 or more. Just entered it and it did, indeed, credit me 20%.

  3. Thanks Mir! I just got a $90 tankini top (who pays that?!?) for $10 shipped!

  4. Oh, dear and pretty Mir. I’m going to Vegas in May, and my swimsuits are all ratty/disrectful. I got myself a Land’s End suit for $14.99! Oh, the happiness! The frugality!

  5. Okay, I finally bit the bullet. I spent a lot more on a swimsuit that others, but I’ve been waiting for several years for this particular one to go on sale — and it never has, so with the 20% off, I finally went ahead and bought it. I’ve lived on a Lake Superior beach for three years now, so I suppose it’s about time I get a swimming suit and learn how to actually swim, eh?

  6. Does anyone know if you buy something at Restaurant.com whether you have to print it right away from the website page? My printer needs toner and I haven’t brought myself to pay the $100 for more. I’ve been going to the library to print things that are in emails.

  7. No, Sara, you can wait until the day you need to use the certificate to actually print it out!
