This one’s for the dads

Hey, I think I promised you a contest. I’m sure I did. And Father’s Day is coming up, so I have a great little combo here for you dads or for the special guy in your life who happens to be a dad. But I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this one for your dad. It’s… well, decide for yourself.

Up for grabs today we have two things every man wants: First, a Grill Daddy grill cleaning tool, which appeals to men because it both cleans the grill and goes *HISSSSSS* with the steam while it does so, and a copy of Love in a Time of Colic, the self-proclaimed “new parents guide to getting it on again,” which men want because… well, this one I think is self-explanatory. If you’ve had a baby recently, I suspect you’ll (both) enjoy this book.

I’m going to stick both of these items into a box suitable for gift-giving (really just a cardboard box, but men don’t care about pretty boxes, right?) and send them off to one lucky Want Not reader, and then I hope they will find themselves with a deserving dad this Father’s Day.

My grillmaster needs one of those. If only to reignite his passion for grilling. I’ve grilled three times in the last two weeks and that’s more than I’ve grilled in our 18 years of marriage. I think he’s forgotten that in this marriage, the man does the grillin’. heh.
