I love it when a contest gets over 500 entries; it makes me feel all popular and stuff, when really, you’re all about the free stuff. I mean, I know that. But still. I like to pretend.
Regardless, nearly 600 of you signed up for a crack at a $75 gift certificate to Red Envelope, and my joy at having so many entries always fades a bit as I realize that makes the ratio of people-who-play to people-who-win rather grim. I’m sorry.
