got hubby one for work. I put 4 boxes in the cart, used the emailed code.Even though all 4 boxes only came to 35.40(after the buy 2,get 2), it automatically showed FREE shipping! So 96 K-cups for 35.40. Not bad. Even at Cosco/Sam’s 80 cups are right at 40.00.

I’m not even a coffee drinker, but I’ve been impressed by their customer service. My aunt is in her 80s & not online, so they asked me to help them find a new water compartment for their Keurig a few months ago because they’d cracked theirs. After googling around, I asked their live chat help on their site a question about model numbers and they offered to mail a new one out right then, no charge. Guess you can do that when you charge an arm & a leg for your machines. A nice change from most customer service, though.
