Are you one of the people who vowed to take better care of yourself in 2011? Last year I did a fitness challenge to kick off 2010 and it was awesome, because it afforded me the opportunity to 1) complain endlessly about how much I hated it and then 2) buy new pants at the end. Win/win!

Anyway, if you’re looking to work out at home a bit more this year, may I recommend New U Mind/Body Yoga & Pilates Workout for your Wii? It looks like a great way to reap the fitness benefits of a rigorous workout without having to embarrass yourself in front of other people. And I’m giving a copy away!

My Wii constantly tells me I have great balance and then says I need to work more on my core. It builds me up to beat me down, so perhaps I need a new trainer! Thanks for this!

This is the ONLY exercise I partake in. When I actually exercise. If I won, I suppose it would mean I should start exercising again. If I don’t win? I STILL win because then the universe is saying I can still be a lazy pants.

Last year, I did the EA Sport Active to jumpstart my weight loss program… and prompty injured the Achilles tendon in both ankles, which resulted in being on crutches for a few weeks. So I could just imagine what I could hurt with a yoga/pilates program for the Wii!
