Have you ever been placing an order for something at Amazon, and you realize you need just a few more dollars to get up to Free Super Saver Shipping? And then you spend an hour hunting around for a filler item to get you over the $25 mark?
Yeah, that’s never happened to me, either…. Ahem.
Um. So. Anyway. Personally, I don’t quite understand the big deal about these Mogu Pillow things, although they are fun to squish, but this one and this one are both on sale for $4.99 right now. (And no, I also don’t believe that they were $50 originally. Although, they are two feet tall, so who knows. That’s a lot of squishability.)
I’m not saying you should buy one if you don’t need one. But they are… interesting… and if they save you $6.95 in shipping… you come out ahead. And, um, you could always donate it.

Excellent tip! I also discovered a smaller pillow on sale for only $2.99 –

Amazon addict here. I have recently (and several times in the past) went online to buy one book and ended up buying several more just to get the free shipping. And the 4-for-3 deal? Why is it that I can never find 4 books that I want that are eligible? I get the half pie discount (3.14/2%, get it?) by using a9 dot com as my search engine, but after one spends a certain dollar amount there, everything should automatically be 10% off. Just my few cents worth. Now where’s that retail therapy article again?
Did you read the reviews? It would seem that if these get torn open, it’s a very, very bad thing. In spite of that, though, one guy still highly recommended them.
I looked at the first pillow linkie and the eyes creep me out-
