I did go and order myself the Calphalon pan. I end up buying a 12-inch pan every year or two because I buy cheap ones and I use them constantly. This one is about what I’d normally spend, but should last me quite a while. Thanks!
PS. If I enjoyed cooking AT ALL (or if my husband did) I would totally buy the whole set, but since we don’t I couldn’t justify a top of the line set of pans. That set is a GREAT deal! We have a whole set now and I never use anything but the 12-inch pan and one of the pots once in a while.
