In case you missed the previous deals . . .

… here’s two deals that will sound eerily familiar:

Restaurant.com is at it again, so it’s time to stock up on dining certificates for your favorite restaurants. Use coupon code 44355 to take 60% off your order. Expires October 31st, 2006.

Meanwhile, over at batteries.com, you can use coupon code BOGO to receive any second item at 65% off, plus you’ll automatically get a free 8-pack of AA batteries. Expiration unknown on this one. This would be a great time to buy some of those more expensive things like laptop batteries, if you’re in the market.

Then you can surf the web for longer at your favorite restaurant, for less! Or not, because that’d be really geeky. Even for me.

  1. I love you forever! I have needed a battery for our video camera for years–my kids think I don’t love them because I never film them anymore. I would never have thought to get one until you mentioned the more expensive batteries. Thankya.

  2. About this restaurant.com deal, does anyone know whether it’s legit or not? You pay $10 for a $25 gift certificate for Boston Cooker AND get 60% off? Why does that sound to good to be true to me?

  3. Thanks for the heads up. I ordered some restaurant gift certificates for the kids’ teachers Christmas gifts. I hadn’t tried them before, but this looks like such a great deal!
