I have to say that I took advantage of this one and their customer service is horrible. I got the first confirmation e-mail, but not the second one saying it shipped. When I called to get a tracking number the girl I talked to said UPS doesn’t give them a tracking number until 10 business days after it gets shipped. ??? Then she changed her mind and said it was shipped via the USPS and there was no tracking number at all. I asked for my order number, which was to be included in that e-mail I never got and allows me to look my order up on their website, and she didn’t know what that was. She transfered me to another girl who gave me an invoice number and a customer number, niether of which were what the website wanted. She transfered me to tech support ??? who finally gave me the right number. My order status online is “Prepared for shipping”. Does that mean it hasn;t actually shipped yet? I’m afraid to call back and ask…
