Contemporary doesn’t have to be costly

Right now Lenox is running a 12 Days of Christmas promotion, with different deals every day. That’s sort of neat. But what’s even better is that they have several gorgeous contemporary serving pieces on deep discount.

If I used dishes like that in my house, with my scary fruit wallpaper and country curtains (hey, the house came this way), I don’t think it’d work. But for folks who actually have kitchens and diningware designed within the last twenty-five years, those would be lovely.

Excuse me, I have to go churn some butter.

  1. These pieces are beautiful and a great deal! Too bad I’ve already spent my budget for Christmas… I forgot to budget anything for myself. 🙁

FWIW, I love freshly-churned butter. Especially when someone ELSE does the churning!

  2. Those are gorgeous! Hmm, who can I buy them for?

  3. Oooooh. I snapped up a salad set, the large platter and a large bowl yesterday… and then chuckled to myself all day about what great deals they were. And so pretty! I’ve been waiting a long time for the perfect platter and bowl. Thanks!
