Mommy Loot is a site that directs you to various deals and resources, and they have a sign-up for a free loot bag. I assume that some of their sponsors provide free samples for distribution.

I do not have a sign-up for free loot. But then again, I also don’t use the word “Mommy” to refer to myself (or other moms), so I think it all balances out in the end.
