Doesn’t that sound inviting?

Well, it’s a great deal if it works out for you, but don’t hold your breath, is all I’m saying. Check out Skybus for fares from $10 each way. I hear the planes have two wings and everything.

(Thanks, Denise!)

  1. You sure are pretty, Mir! One of the airports I frequently fly out of is listed and I can fly to Oakland and see my family for $20!

  2. Or more like $40. Still awesome though.

  3. My wife and I live near Burbank…now we just need to find a reason to go to Ohio!!

  4. OH my goooooooooooossssssssssssshhhhhhhhhh! I am hyperventilating. Seattle/Columbus? Me/Parents? Summer trip that was not going to happen? THANK YOU!

  5. Looks like all roads lead to Columbus (ok, flight plans). But then you just pick up another $10 flight to your final destination. Too bad they don’t go anywhere near the where I live…

  6. WOW! THANKS!

My in-laws live close to Columbus and we live in Vermont. My husband wanted to take the kid for a visit in May for a week but was loathe to drive 12 hours alone in a car with a 2 year old. BINGO!!! 2.5 hours to Portsmouth and $100 later (2 people with priority boarding all flights) and we have a trip!!!

Mir…you are looking especially pretty this evening.

  7. I am soo glad this little tip got a few people happy cheap trips! Unfortunately I had JUST booked tickets last thursday to go to Cali and of course we can’t cancel them. Next time!! But glad I could share the tip!

  8. Crap crap crap. Yesterday flights were $10, today they’re $50. Ack! Shoulda bought yesterday. Oh well, still very cheap. Thanks Mir.

  9. I just received this in my email this morning in an industry newsletter. FYI if you’re considering the cheap flights, I don’t know what they charge for say, luggage.

“Skybus unveiled its first routes and a fare structure that includes tickets as low as $10 for each flight, but with charges for each checked bag, priority boarding, all inflight food and beverages and inflight pillows and blankets.”

So I guess the next step will be charging if you want a seat or seat belt. 🙂
