Many of you emailed to make sure I wouldn’t miss this one, and I thank you, but reiterate that I pretty much never miss an opportunity to get cheap or free ice cream, because I have my priorities in order.

Baskin-Robbins is having their 31-cent scoop night tonight (May 2nd), from 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. It’s not as good as getting it for free, but it beats whatever the usual cost is. Don’t know where your nearest Baskin-Robbins is? Find it and go get your cheap ice cream.

(If just getting something delicious for pocket change doesn’t make you feel warm and fuzzy enough, know that this is part of their efforts to support the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. Clearly it would be unAmerican of you to miss it.)

  1. Yahoooo…..!!! Thanks, Mir!

  2. Cold deal! Conveniently located across the street. And a single scoop is normally $2.25! Pralines and cream, here I come!

  3. My nearest BR is, amazingly enough, right outside my office window. Yes…I am blessed with Target, BR, Panera Bread, Arby’s, Curves, and Pier 1 within a 3 minute walk!

Unless it is raining, I am planning on going to BR tonight – I owe my son a scoop for making his first poo on the potty, lol!

  4. Yay! DH and I took the entire gang, all NINE of us, for a scoop after dinner. All for under $3!! It is the next best thing to free…thanks!!

  5. Oh man, I worked at a Baskin Robbins in high school when it used to be “free scoop night.” There were always 7-9 people working….an we had some of the rudest customers. Most people didn’t realize that the free scoop was a kids scoop ($1.20 with tax) and was only 2.5 ounces compared to the normal 4 ounce scoop. Man, did we hear about the scoop size. IT WAS FREE!!! What more could you ask for!!!

  6. Can you believe that I don;t have a baskin Robbins anywhere near me? It sucks.
