I still have the kitchen aid that my grandmother passed down to me….it was originally purchased in 1966. Other than it being a bit worn looking, it works like magic.

I just have to add that my favorite bargain as of late has been…my brand new Kitchen Aid that I just inherited from my mother in law! It is less than 10 years old and was used about 3 times, probably. Yeah, I made room for her on my limited counter space real fast!!!

Oh, I bake all the time (as evidenced by both our round shapes), BUT there is no room for even one more item on the counter. I need a kitchen that’s about 25′ x 50′ (OK, so that’s bigger than my house, but still . . . ).
I love reading your site (although it’s pretty dangerous for my bank account) I’ll be moving in a couple weeks and the new kitchen will actually have room for this, so I went ahead and splurged! Thanks for the tip. Oh and my bakestress roommate says thanks too.
