I’m wondering… Has anyone else been left hanging by their customer service dept? I contacted them a few weeks ago because a restaurant is no longer in business – seems to have closed just about the time I purchased 2 gift certificates which my parents couldn’t use. I think I might try contacting them again…

Zukppr, I received an email from them that one of the restaurants I had purchased a certificate for had closed and that I could get another certificate in exchange. I hadn’t even contacted them yet.
I’d say try again. Maybe you connected with a dud (seems like every customer service department has at least one).
