It’s my favorite time of year

I’m not talking about the holidays, silly… I’m talking about the Threadless $10 t-shirt sale! It’s on through December 16th, 2007, but stock goes quickly so do check it out if you’ve had your eye on something. Also? You can use coupon code RUBBERDANPANTS for $3 off!

I just got a whole mess of shirts for the kids, including this one which was out of print the last time I checked. And who doesn’t love milk and cookies? Satan, that’s who.

  1. Yeah! I got the haiku shirt I’ve had my eye on for awhile. Refrigerator.

  2. Ok, that’s hilarious – I got the haiku shirt too – I’ve been wanting it forever. I wasn’t going to order one for me (got a bunch of them for my kids) but I couldn’t resist, what with the $3 off coupon and all. My kids (they’re 15 and 17) LOVE these shirts, and always make a list of them they want. I love that Threadless does this sale b4 Xmas – makes it so easy on me!! 🙂

I’d also like to say that these shirts are VERY high quality. They’re tagless as well, and we’ve washed and washed and washed them (teenagers, remember?!) and the shirts and the designs are still holding up.

  3. I have the haiku shirt…..and love it. People look at me strangely, but hey, I don’t seem to care.

  4. Whenever the sale happens I always buy a bunch for my three girls. Everyone always asks where they came from but I’m not telling. I don’t let them pick their own because I like to do it so much!

  5. Yay! I’ve been wanting to order a t-shirt from Threadless for my husband’s cousin for Xmas, but have been putting it off…this makes it even more affordable! Thanks for the reminder AND the coupon code! WOO!

  6. I love the promo code. I want Rubber Dan Pants!

  7. Score! Picked up some excellent gifts…and maybe one for me, too.

  8. Thank you thank you! I got Where the Watermelons Grow for my 5 year old niece for Christmas. As a special gift to her parents, I plan to teach her the song. 😉

  9. Sad that the code didnt work for me. But I love threadless and with a little boy who just destroys anything I put on him Threadless is a good thing.

  10. The coupon code isn’t working… Maybe it was just for yesterday? I ended up leaving my cart– wanted the darn $3 off!

  11. I didn’t want to pay shipping, but I wanted one of the shirts for a gift for my sister. Lucky for me, I live a couple blocks from their bricks and mortar store, and even luckier for me, they accepted the coupon code! I paid $7 for a great shirt she’ll love. Though I did feel a little silly having to say “Rubber Dan Pants” several times (they were having trouble figuring out how to apply it, so they kept calling other cashiers over).

My point? Readers who live in Chicago, take note: Threadless will accept their online coupon codes in the store. Whee!

  12. My daughter found a picture of the cute Scrubs actor modeling one of the shirts. Now, of course, she wants that one.

  13. I went to the store today in Chicago and it turns out that it only stocks the newer shirts. All of the older shirts that haven’t sold out yet are at the arehouse in Ravenswood (a VERY cool place). Nice that I got to see the shirts b/f choosing. Thanks so much for the tip– I got some great ones for me, my son, and my baby daughter (for when she’s two- yeah, I buy ahead…)
