If you’re in the mood for some shoe sport

Don’t even look at this if you don’t have a little bit of time to kill.

Right now there are tons of shoes marked over 80% off at Amazon, making for some tremendous deals. But if you want to make the deal absolutely smoke, find something you like and then pricematch it at Zappos. (Directions on how to pricematch are located here.)

Happy hunting!

[Edited to add: Oh, the sport, I love it! I just ordered these $195 Joan & David slingbacks from Endless—which, yes, is owned by Amazon—and pricematched them to the same pair at Amazon. (Zappos didn’t have them, hence the hop over to Endless.) Final cost to me: $15. How cute am I going to be in those next summer? So cute! Dude, $200 shoes are even cuter when you only pay $15 for ’em!)]

  1. You are my IDOL!!!

  2. I just got a pair of cute sandals that have been in my cart at endless since august. Not sure what the final price will be, but the amazon price was $15 plus shipping. With the -$5 for shipping at Endless, it should be an amazing deal!

    Thanks, Mir!

  3. Idol, schmidol. Mir exists to lead me down the road of temptation. Is obsessive shoe collecting one of the deadly sins?

Look what you’ve made me do. Tried to order these ( http://www.amazon.com/Charles-David-Womens-Agile-Leopard/dp/B000I82ZDE/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&s=apparel&qid=1196173494&sr=1-6 ) on endless, and they sold out in my size on Amazon WHILE I WAS PLACING MY ORDER. Now I’m probably going to have to send back these pretty, pretty shoes when they arrive tomorrow. Sniff. (I sent endless an email about it, but am notntroding out much hope.)

  4. You are my hero!

  5. Endless is honoring my price match request! I am a happy, happy girl!

  6. I just called Endless because my pricematch was not going through. They said they would check tomorrow morning because they don’t pricematch until the item is actually shipped.

  7. Aw, the poor guys only get 4 pairs on sale!! And one of them is called “La Liz”!?!?!?!!?!?

  8. I totally had to come back here to share my good fortune! just bought four pairs of shoes for $175 including free shipping (and one pair was a mid-calf boot for $85). In a duel for the best deal is between a pair of Kenneth Cole sandals (Originally $140) for $25, or a pair of Charles David slingbacks (originally $215) for $30. Whoohooo.

I could have done ALOT more damage, for sure.

  9. I love how clicking on the size 5 link turns 362 results into 16. Sigh.

    *mutter*

  10. this kind of math makes my head hurt…

  11. I love you! No, really, I freaking love you. I got $360 worth of shoes for $34. You’re my hero!
