Saturday’s deals brought to you by extra sleep

I slept in today for the first time in a couple of weeks, and this morning I’m a new woman. I knew you wanted to know that, hence the sharing. You’re welcome.

So. Need some deals?

I don’t live in the land of Gordman’s, but very pretty reader Jordan does, and informs me that through December 9th Want Not readers should feel free to print out this coupon and go save 15% on your total purchase. Thanks, Jordan!

LL Bean has started their holiday countdown. One special deal each day until Christmas. (Today it’s women’s pajamas.)

Overstock’s weekender this week is free shipping on any purchase. Which is… sort of lame. But if you can’t hold out for a better coupon, there you go. It’s $2.99 in your pocket. Go have a latte. (Oh, here—I found another one that’s only slightly better. Get $5 off $100, instead. Get the venti!)

Lands’ End is offering free shipping again; this time it’s valid through December 3rd, 2007. You’ll need to click through here to get your source code and PIN for it. (Word to the wise—there’s always “old” colors and such in the Overstocks, which means they have plenty of in-season choices there at discounted prices.)

Have a Lego nut? Through December 4th, 2007, Amazon is offering buy 2, get the 3rd free on qualifying Lego products.

Petite Sophisticate is having a big ol’ 30% off sale, and coupon codes 776625006 ($25 off $150+) and 776625105 (free shipping on $120+) can be combined with it. Happy shopping, shorties.

And last (but never ever least), through December 3rd, 2007, there’s a—wait for it, you’re going to be so surprised—new Restaurant.com coupon! Yes, really! Take 50% off your purchase with code NEW, netting you $25 worth of dining out for just $5. Don’t forget that some restaurants do a limited number of certificates every month, so the first of the month (that’s today!) is the time to grab ’em.

  1. I ordered something for my Dad from Overstock yesterday. I got in on the Club O thing that you/Patrick offered your readers a while back so it was only $1 for the Club O shipping – I don’t feel too badly about not waiting until today to save that $1.

  2. Shorties?? Who you callin’ shorties?? Just because I am 5’2″, does that make me a shortie???? Now that I got that off my chest I will go to the petite sale.

  3. I just ordered something from Overstock through your link and did not get free shipping. are you sure you don’t have to enter a code or there’s a minimum order?

  4. You’d think Birmingham, being a metropolis of sorts, would have more than 3 options, including a place Hawg ‘n Dawg and a suishi place. No middle ground. I keep checking, though, hoping the Bham restaurants jump on the bandwagon!

  5. I live in the land of Gordman’s. They often have coupons, but they’re shortlived. I end up recycling them before I go back to the store. I may print this one and use it — that is, as soon as the snowplows come through tomorrow.

  6. It’s December 2 and all four of the participating restaurants in my town are Out of Stock until next month. Phooey!
