Here’s some Amazon deals before I head out

I am unchaining myself this morning to go have my eyes examined; apparently all of this squinting at Amazon is taking its toll. (The things I do for you….)

Anyway, here’s a few deals to keep you busy until I return!

These Rescue Pets dogs freak me out a little, but kids love them and at $6 apiece they’re a great deal. (Plus, they have a mode called “sad whimper” and maybe if you teach your kids to shut it off, the next time they whine you can feel their bellies while saying, “I can’t find the switch to shut off your sad whimper mode!”)

More freaky dogs: Interactive Nintendogs!

I am seriously considering buy a time tracker and putting it in my kids’ bathroom. There has got to be a better way to curtail spacing out in the shower than me yelling “Hello? Anybody in there??”

$4.79 for a great baby bath toy. That’d be a great shower gift to have on hand in your gift closet.

I spy with my little eye… eight different Hot Wheels playsets that are 50% – 70% off. (Read the reviews, of course—a few of them sound like duds.)

And to cap it all off, today only they’re having ten Home and Garden spotlight deals, which include things like a deeply discounted Scooba (Scooba!) and a 9-foot prelit Christmas tree for under a hundred bucks.

Oh, Amazon. Truly you know just how to woo me.

  1. That’s a great deal for those Rescue Pets. My mom paid around $6 for the little ones that don’t move or make sounds. Their website is not as good as Webkinz, but perhaps it will get better in time.

  3. I have NEVER been a fan of artificial trees – never. Because they always look FAKE! The tree featured today however is beautiful and so real looking – I’m actually considering it and waiting to hear back from my hubby as to his thoughts. Thank you Pretty Mir for your willingness to dig through the bargain bins for us!

  4. omg…where were you two years ago when brady would sit at the kitchen counter writing down the changing numbers of the microwave clock in little rectangles completely covering a sheet of notebook paper????

that time counter downer thing would have caused him spasms of glee right there on the spot. obsessive…naw, he’s just a little intense.
