I just want to mention, in regard to Landsend customer service – awesome. The last time you had a Landsend coupon (maybe 3 weeks ago?) I bought my daughter a new $50 backpack for $20. We loved it and spread the news. When I went back on to get the link to send to someone, I noticed it was now $15. I called up that little handy dandy customer service IMer thingy and they refunded the difference the next day. This was at 9 or 10 at night.
Off to spend more money…..

I bought the kids’ Cool Blue backpacks for $14.99 last week, and they are awesome. Well-made and roomy and lotsa compartments and big enough for me to carry! The big sister gets to keep hers, but the red one I’d planned to store for the boy instantly became his diaper bag.
