It’s that time again—the time of the year when you drag yourself out of bed, muttering “Daylight Savings this” under your breath each morning!
Oh, um… it’s also time for the Two-For sale at Old Navy. Which happens to be slightly less cranky.
Now’s the time to save big on things like shorts and tank tops, plus they’ve got their rash guard swim suits in, already, so you can stock up for the kids nice and early. Just tell yourself, “Winter will end. Winter will end soon. I’m buying tank tops, it must be true.”
I know the time’s changed, because I’ve been cursing more than usual. Somehow the time change messes up my “not in front of the kid” circuitry.
I know spring must be coming, because I spent Friday afternoon looking at sandals online. Sure, the robins are back and the daffodils are popping up, but it’s my desire to shop for sandals rather than boots that really tells the tale.
