The cheapest Planet Earth yet

I know we’ve only had about half a dozen deals on the Planet Earth DVD series, lately, but this one was too good not to post. (And if you bought it earlier on a different—less smokin’—deal, please don’t yell at me.)

If you’re interested in the British version of the regular DVD set (not Blu-ray or HD-DVD), get it here for $21.03 shipped. That’s right. (It’s an Amazon seller, which means you get Amazon’s buying protection, but an independent seller’s price.)

This set is narrated by David Attenborough, who some say does a better job than the American narrator, Sigourney Weaver. (I happen to be a fool for Sigourney Weaver, but this is good, too.)

  1. I’ve wanted this for a long time, and finally the price is right! Thanks, Mir!

  2. I love Sigourney Weaver, but I caught a few episodes of her narration of this series and found her a little emotionless.

This is a phenomenal deal! I’m keeping my eyes peeled for Blue Planet now 🙂

  3. This will make the PERFECT easter gift for my 8 yr. old animal lover son.

    Thanks for posting!

  4. Gone. =( Which just means that I was meant to wait until the HD version becomes a fantastic deal.

  5. ugh. I’ve got to start getting up earlier. I love Attenborough. I think he just makes me nostaligic for college. We watched his bird series in my ornithology course.
