Cracker Barrel for Mother’s Day

I ate at a Cracker Barrel, once. I had to be rolled out of the restaurant, afterwards. (Mmmmm… biscuits and honey butter….)

Hey! Cracker Barrel is running a little Mother’s Day promotion wherein you submit a 50-100 word story involving your mom and Cracker Barrel, and if yours is one of the first 25 stories that they decide to post, you and your mom will get a free meal!

Many thanks to pretty Erin at Cracker Barrel for alerting me to this contest. Someone go win and have a biscuit for me.

  1. Dont forget to include your mailing address so we can send you your complimentary meal card (if your story is chosen).

    Thanks so much, Mir!

  2. I’m guessing that “I don’t think my mother has ever eaten in a Cracker Barrel” would be a good story, would it? 🙂

  3. All I can say is that I will have memorized til the day I die that there is a Cracker Barrel at exit 19A on I-85 in South Carolina because my mother insisted we stop there every single time we drove past it on a trip between SC and all points west of us. That is the pull of a Cracker Barrel country breakfast at any time of the day.

That and the intense *need* for a cute holiday ornament in the country store, of course.

Do not get between my mother and a Cracker Barrel. 🙂

  4. Mmmm. The hash brown casserole. To. Die. For. Delicious.
