The hits keep on coming at Kohls—new stuff is being added to the clearance (plus sometimes cheap stuff shows up in the regular section, for some reason), plus Kohls card holders can get free shipping with coupon code MVC7041 and an additional 15% off (they’re stackable!) with code EXTRAMVC15. No Kohls card? Use code EXTRAKC10 for an extra 10% off, anyway. (Psssst! Here’s a handy tip: When there’s a free shipping coupon like this, always check Kohls for toys for the gift closet. They tend to get marked down pretty low.)

Over at Toys R Us, take $5 off of your $25 purchase automatically through that there link. Buy something small enough and it’s like getting free shipping.

Through the end of April, use coupon code SITE10 at DisneyShopping to save 10% site-wide.

Does the man in your life need a new suit? Jos. A. Bank is having their famous $199 suit sale.

Macy’s is having another One-Day Sale, and some of you have written in about luggage lately (I’m getting to it, I swear), and there’s a luggage set being featured for cheap. (Is it the best set ever? Probably not. For that price, do you care? I’m not sure. I might take the plunge.)

You can still save 5% on everything but media at Overstock this weekend through that there link.

I may put up a contest later on today, just for fun. Consider checking back, is all I’m saying.

  1. I couldn’t get the Kohls free shipping code to work…

  2. I couldn’t either, but I emailed them as soon as I placed my order, so hopefully they’ll adjust it.

  3. Can I brag about my Macy’s bargain? Yesterday I went to a local Macy’s to spend some money I’d gotten for my birthday and found a pair of gold earrings for $140. The post was slightly bent, so I asked to see another, identical pair. This one was marked $180, but the saleslady said she’d give it to me for the $140 price (as of course she should).

The earrings were on a rack marked 50% off, and there was another sign that said “take an additional 20% off” because it was their morning sale before 1pm. Then I gave her the coupon from the newspaper, which was $10 off any sale item over $50. So the final price for my $180 earrings, with tax, was… $48. Yay!

  4. I have two Kohls ads sitting beside my rocker (it’s for my back, not my advancing age). I think it’s time to see if the capris I want are available online. Thanks for the tips! And Happy birthday, Chickadee!

  5. I just got an email back from customer service and that free shipping code expired on 4/17. Bummer.
